Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €49 across Europe, except on occasions of special deals, which shipping is on us, regardless of the order value. Enjoy it!

To help us resolve the issue, kindly provide photos of the product received, including the care instruction tag (with the IMPA Code number) and the package label. All we ask is that you try our products, and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we'll refund you.
To be eligible for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, the product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, the box is damaged, or it is not in a restockable condition, we cannot provide a refund. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges.
