Payments typically take 1 to 4 business days to be confirmed by our payment processor. Orders will begin processing only after payment is verified.
We aim to process all orders within 1 to 5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

To keep costs low for our customers, we partner with affordable yet reliable shipping carriers. Because of this, tracking updates may sometimes take longer to reflect real-time movements.
- Standard Shipping (Free): Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after your order has been processed.
- Tracking Information: All orders include a valid tracking number, which will be emailed to you once available. Please note that tracking updates may take longer to refresh due to carrier processing times.
- Multiple Packages: Depending on stock availability and destination, we may ship your order from multiple warehouses. This means items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number.
- Shipping Delays: Delivery estimates are based on average transit times. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.
Important Notice:
Unlike large retailers with centralized warehouses, our logistics network sources products from different locations to offer you the best possible prices. Because of this, delivery times may be slightly longer than what you're used to from major e-commerce platforms.

Correct Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, Article 18), the seller is responsible for delivering the order only to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If the package cannot be returned or is lost because of an incorrect address, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Marked as Delivered
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Exchange Policy
If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions below.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements in centimeters, along with guidance on how to measure correctly. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Items must be in resellable condition

Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our US-based warehouse
- Bebliss does not provide pre-paid return labels
- Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location
- Reshipping costs for the replacement item are also the customer’s responsibility
The replacement item will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected, and any applicable shipping fees have been paid.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Bebliss will cover all shipping costs
- No additional fees will apply
Additional Terms
Promotional or campaign-based exchange conditions may vary. In certain cases, Bebliss may offer alternative exchange options at its sole discretion.

14-Day Refund & Exchange Policy
This return policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies to all orders placed within the European Union.
At Bebliss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. We do not issue refunds without receiving the returned item.
Eligibility & Notes
- Returns must include all original accessories.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our US-based warehouse. Bebliss does not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
- For returns not related to product quality, shipping fee will apply.
- For returns related to product quality, Bebliss will refund the full cost of the product, including shipping, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- For returns not related to product quality, a handling and inspection fee of €14.90 will apply. This fee is deducted from the refund after inspection.
- Payment processing fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No fee applies to returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We only handle return requests for purchases made directly through the official Bebliss website.
For orders from other platforms, please follow the respective platform’s return process.

- After your request is reviewed, you will receive a return form along with instructions, including the return address of our US-based warehouse.

Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds for credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Refunds for PayPal or other payment methods will be processed according to the provider’s schedule.
- For returns involving installment payments (Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), your repayment schedule will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
- Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to your Bebliss Gift Card balance.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item promptly.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue.

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Approved cancellations requested within 24 hours are eligible for a refund. Please note that a €10 processing and transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover payment processing and operational costs.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.

- Inspection & Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- Resolution: We will work promptly to resolve the matter by offering a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
